About the Position
Turner & Townsend is looking for a Detail-Oriented Contract Reviewer to join our global risk management team in Europe. This is a critical role reviewing contracts, advising management on related risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The individual can be based anywhere in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including Professional Services Agreements, NDAs, MSAs and SOWs
- Support business teams across Europe in negotiations of contracts with clients
- Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and provide expert advice to senior management on risks and legal implications
- Manage and monitor different types of contracts throughout their lifecycle
- Work closely with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations
- Conduct thorough compliance checks ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Help operational teams manage risk, resolve issues efficiently and accelerate contract completion
- Support change process and post-contract management
- Develop detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on contract status, risks and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and industry best practices
Requirements
- Completed law degree (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification/experience
- Proven experience in legal/contract work including contract review
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders across Europe
