The Senior Accountant is responsible for driving the day-to-day accounting operations for assigned associations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial activities. This role takes ownership of core functions, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, banking transactions, and supports leadership.
Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a service-first mindset in partnering with managers, board members, and internal teams.
