Salesforce is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager with French language skills to join our team in Dublin. This role is responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, ensuring customer success while maximizing financial results for Salesforce.
Renewal Managers partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success & Growth organizations to secure every renewal. You will be responsible for minimizing financial attrition, locking in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and providing insights to the business that improve future outcomes. You will develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies for your contract portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings strong renewal or account management experience with excellent negotiation skills. French language proficiency is required for this role. You should have a customer-success mindset while driving financial performance and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
