360Learning is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Mobile team in Paris (Remote). Our Mobile team consists of 3 squads—2 feature squads and 1 technical squad—supported by an Engineering Manager and Technical Leads. Together, we execute an ambitious roadmap in close coordination with 10+ web product squads to deliver seamless experiences and reinforce our leadership in collaborative learning.
As our platform scales to meet growing product and technical ambitions, the team faces exciting challenges including expanding a portfolio of over 160 custom apps while strengthening scalability, maintainability, and technical foundations. Key initiatives include a full UI revamp and evolution of the Mobile Design System, launching a modern single-page Player with Kotlin MultiPlatform (KMP) migration, developing new client-facing web features for managing custom app requests, and integrating AI-powered capabilities across the mobile ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business, translating strategy into execution while ensuring alignment, smooth coordination, reduction of technical debt, and high-quality delivery of features and apps across multiple teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Within your first month, you will get onboarded on our mobile ecosystem, team structure, and current roadmap. You'll build a clear understanding of ongoing initiatives and establish relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
