The E2E CT, Control Tower (Level 108) oversees end-to-end visibility, exception management, and service-performance execution primarily across North America, with secondary support for EMEA. This role leads the daily orchestration of transport flows, drives regional process improvements, and contributes to digital and analytics capabilities within the control tower.
Oversee day-to-day monitoring of transportation flows across North America; provide secondary support for EMEA. Lead exception management, escalation processes, and service-recovery actions to maintain OTD/OTIF performance. Ensure accurate visibility across platforms (e.g., FourKites, Project44) and execute timely interventions when disruptions occur. Conduct root-cause analyses for recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams.
Utilize visibility platforms, TMS/OTM, and ERP systems to maintain end-to-end shipment transparency. Contribute to digital initiatives that enhance data quality and operational resilience. Own regional dashboards and KPI reporting, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally and with external logistics providers to ensure proactive issue resolution and strengthen operational capabilities.
