Job Brief This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms. This includes the overall layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system Responsibilities & Duties Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials Design executive presentations, infographics, invitations, conference, event materials, brochures, interactive PDFs, video contents, and other printed collaterals for internal and external use Manage the upload and maintenance of the project and staff photography library Research and develop new ways of presenting our brand Create and edit materials for large events and campaigns Manage AECOM’s internal photography library. Images are obtained through royalty-free purchase, company’s image collection, and/or creation of original artwork Apply technical knowledge and work with senior members of the team in managing complex projects and developing process improvement and initiatives Assist the Team Lead in managing team workload and performing quality checks on output of junior members of the team prior to submission to stakeholders and clients Address critical and unique issues, identify risks, and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns Lead and support key projects and provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team
Amenable for night shift schedule (9PM to 6AM) Open for hybrid set-up (3x per week RTO) Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, and other similar courses At least five (5) years of experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial or brochure design A strong understanding and creative approach to brand identity and visual aesthetics Experience in developing innovative design concepts, project management, taking briefs, and print production experience Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred Ability to provide multimedia work including animation is preferred Experience in creating collaterals in different languages is preferred Attributes Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues.
