This is a hybrid client-facing and in-house consulting role that bridges knowledge leadership and commercial execution across the APAC Consumer Behaviors and Brand commercial organizations. While reporting into the APAC Knowledge Leader for Consumer Behaviors & Insight and Brand Practices, the role operates day-to-day within the APAC Customer Success Consulting organization. In this capacity, it partners closely with in-market Sales and Consulting teams to ensure excellence in both proposal development and executing a focused set of insight solutions, particularly Shopper Insights, Usage & Attitudes (U&A), and Segmentation in order of priority.
The role demands hands-on leadership on complex, high-visibility, or cross-market engagements and is accountable for ensuring these solutions are executed consistently at high quality across APAC. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on priority client opportunities, shape client proposals, scope and solution narratives for Shopper, U&A, and Segmentation engagements. You will ensure proposals and pitches are framed around client business outcomes while maintaining NIQ best practices.
Your work will directly influence how major brands across APAC understand their consumers and shoppers, driving strategic decisions that impact market performance and growth trajectories.
