The Product Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team is Salesforce's zero-to-one engine for new agentic product innovation. This Senior role asks you to define what comes next, working with AI features before they're named and solving problems before there are playbooks.
Our FDE team embeds directly with strategic customers to validate emerging AI capabilities, harden the platform under real-world conditions, and transform field insights into repeatable patterns that shape the product roadmap. This is not implementation—it's innovation at the edge.
You will work with AI features in their earliest stages, building artifacts that the rest of the field will use for years. Your work will directly influence product direction, validate new capabilities under production conditions, and create patterns for enterprise AI adoption.
This role combines deep technical expertise with customer empathy, requiring you to navigate ambiguity, solve novel problems, and communicate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
