About the Role
HP positions Japan as a strategically important country for global security initiatives. This Pre-sales Technical Consultant role focuses on strengthening HP product proposals in the government sector, particularly for security-related digital transformation and security enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose architecture for security-related agencies
- Provide technical consulting and solution design based on customer requirements
- Develop risk hedge plans for security concerns
- Lead technical aspects of proposal activities in collaboration with sales teams
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Design complex, innovative solutions addressing unique customer challenges
- Mentor junior team members
Required Experience
- Specialized knowledge in security (endpoint, zero trust, etc.)
- Design, construction, and consulting experience in IT security
- Customer negotiation and requirements definition experience
- Business-level English proficiency
