Join AbbVie as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Dermatology and play a pivotal role in advancing scientific excellence across Belgium. This field-based medical position serves as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, external experts, and key stakeholders within the dermatology therapeutic area.
You will contribute to shaping medical insights, supporting clinical initiatives, and strengthening AbbVie's scientific leadership in dermatology. The role focuses on medical and scientific engagement with AbbVie stakeholders including research institutions, healthcare professionals, payers, and providers.
You will interact with and support Tiered External Experts in your allocated therapeutic area and geographic region. Responsibilities include providing scientific and technical leadership to maintain professional relationships with thought leaders and external experts of strategic importance to AbbVie.
You will assist in the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of assigned clinical studies and medical projects including post-marketing clinical activities such as registry/database projects, epidemiological surveys, and post-authorization studies. As a point of contact within Medical Affairs, you will satisfy scientific information needs of thought leaders and external experts.
Candidates should possess advanced scientific education with strong dermatology knowledge. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and scientific presentation skills are essential for success in this field-based role.
