Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Customer Support Own and manage the retail@ inbox, including order issues, tracking requests, and customer inquiries Coordinate with vendors and fulfillment partners to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up Maintain a high-quality, on-brand customer experience across all communications Shopify & Inventory Management Monitor order flow, fulfillment status, and tracking updates within Shopify Maintain product listings, SKUs, and inventory levels Support product launches and merchandising updates Vendor & Order Coordination Track purchase orders, custom merchandise orders, and delivery timelines Follow up with vendors on production status and shipping confirmations Maintain a centralized tracker of all open orders and timelines Studio Marketing Setup & QA Support new studio setup across platforms including Google Business, Apple Maps/Connect, and other listing platforms Conduct ongoing audits of studio listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency Support field marketing team in studio QA and readiness Content, LMS & CRM Support Maintain organized marketing assets and ensure accessibility across teams Support content updates and organization within Delightree LMS and franchisor CRM Ensure franchise-facing materials are current, consistent, and easy to use Reporting & Marketing Support Pull and maintain monthly Shopify and inventory reports for accounting and leadership Support light digital marketing reporting including campaign summaries and performance tracking Assist in monitoring organic social media performance Track and monitor media placements across markets On-Site Marketing Support Provide on-site support for brand content shoots when needed Assist in execution of marketing initiatives at the studio level
What You Need to Be Successful
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through across multiple workstreams You are comfortable working in Shopify, LMS, and CRM systems and can quickly learn new platforms You enjoy execution and operational work and take pride in getting the details right You are proactive and able to manage tasks independently without constant oversight You are comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple stakeholders You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, operations, or related field Hands-on experience with Shopify Experience working with LMS and/or CRM systems (Delightree or similar preferred) Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data organization Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Travel & On-Site Requirements
This is a hybrid role with significant on-site presence at the HQ office in Miami, FL, at least three days per week. Periodic travel may be required for studio visits, content shoots, and team support as needed.
