The Role
At Megaport, we don’t just do networks and compute - we change what’s possible in those industries. Our automated infrastructure powers businesses all over the globe, and we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Project Coordinator with a knack for translating tasks into clear outcomes.
This is a critical execution role. You will be the operational anchor for major marketing projects; connecting the dots, facilitating communication within the team and building structure in a fast-moving environment, helping ensure projects are delivered on time. You’ll bring clarity, discipline, and follow-through to the marketing program.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. your Quest Log)
Marketing Execution Management Manage marketing projects tied to strategic priorities, product launches, and campaigns. Turn ideas into clear execution plans with milestones, timelines, owners, and dependencies. Use Jira and dashboards to track progress, action items, decisions, and reporting. Maintain a centralized view of program status, risks, and next steps. Improve project management practices to increase clarity, accountability, and follow-through. Identify risks early, escalate when needed, and remove blockers across stakeholders. Lead weekly syncs, initiative reviews, and executive updates for senior stakeholders. Marketing Launch & Campaign Coordination Coordinate marketing launches and campaign execution, including timelines, briefs, deliverables, and readiness checkpoints. Support Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms, and Field teams in execution planning. Ensure deliverables and communication plans are aligned, complete, and ready for launch. Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to align timelines and dependencies. Maintain visibility across connected initiatives and ensure marketing priorities support broader company objectives. Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
