Cloudflare is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead our RIG (Rapid Incident Growth) team. In this role, you will manage a team of Solutions Engineers who provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, conduct product demonstrations, and help customers understand how Cloudflare's solutions address their specific security and performance challenges.
You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top solutions engineering talent while ensuring that the team delivers exceptional technical sales support. You will work closely with Account Executives to prioritize opportunities, allocate resources effectively, and drive revenue growth through technical wins.
Your technical background and sales acumen will enable you to guide complex technical discussions, develop proof-of-concept strategies, and ensure that our solutions are positioned effectively against competitors. At Cloudflare, we embrace an AI-native approach, and you will leverage AI tools to enhance technical presentations, automate demo environments, and provide data-driven insights on sales engineering effectiveness.
