Job Summary: We are seeking a Record‑to‑Report (R2R) Manager with strong expertise in Cash and Bank and Treasury Accounting. The role includes overseeing bank reconciliations, clearing bank open items, posting cash and treasury journal entries, and supporting a timely, controlled month‑end close. It also covers key treasury activities such as global cash management, FX, and investments. The role drives accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across cash and treasury processes using ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and tools like Blackline, while supporting automation and process improvements. You will ensure accuracy of cash and treasury balances in the general ledger, improve reconciliations and cash accounting, clear open items, support close activities, implement treasury best practices, manage liquidity, collaborate with treasury leaders and internal teams, and streamline journals, reconciliations, and reporting to enable faster close.
