Serving as a role model within Field Engineering, you will embody Databricks' core principles and act as a recognized leader. You will collaborate with Field Engineering leadership to mentor and guide the development of Solutions Architects and Senior SAs, fostering team growth. Additionally, you will enhance Databricks' technical community presence through thought leadership activities.
