We are hiring an Intake Specialist to join a high-performing international team supporting one of the leading law firms in the U.S. This role requires passion for helping people, fluency in English, and experience in customer service.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism, collecting detailed client information for case management. The role includes drafting letters of representation and other correspondence, responding to email communications promptly, and organizing documentation and files using Dropbox.
Start date is March 30 or 31. This is an on-site position in CĂłrdoba or Buenos Aires with full-time hours. The schedule includes a rotational phase: Month 1 works Monday through Friday, Month 2 works Saturday through Wednesday, with 4 days off between rotations. After the rotational phase, the role becomes 100% remote from Saturday to Wednesday.
We require advanced English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, ability to type while listening, strong emotional intelligence and client empathy, self-sufficient and proactive problem-solving mindset, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and patience and calm when dealing with distressed or sensitive clients.
