HP's People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, delivering high-impact executive hiring solutions that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level roles
- Partner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies and success profiles
- Proactively build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines
- Source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management
- Act as trusted advisor providing insight on talent markets and competitive intelligence
- Drive consistent, scalable recruiting processes balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience
- Champion inclusive and diverse executive hiring practices
- Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Select and manage executive search firm partnerships
Work Arrangement
This role requires working in our new office 3 days per week.
