As Senior Specialist, Campus Recruiting (EMEA), you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of campus hiring across Europe, partnering closely with business stakeholders, HR, and global TA colleagues. This role requires strong project management capability, stakeholder influence, and operational rigour in a fast-paced environment.
You will ensure strong university partnerships, diverse talent pipelines, and a best-in-class candidate experience. The role involves managing campus events, coordinating interview processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify and secure top early career talent.
Your work will directly contribute to building Mastercard's future workforce, ensuring we attract diverse talent from top universities across EMEA. You will play a critical role in employer branding and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
