THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION WITHIN OUR DOWNTOWN DENVER OFFICE.
The Director of Systems & Applications provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise systems, business applications, and data platforms that support Colorado Coalition for the Homeless’ mission and service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems that enable clinical, operational, and administrative teams to serve individuals experiencing homelessness.
Reporting within Technology Services and partnering closely with the Director of Technical Services, this position leads the CCH DATA team (Database Applications, Training, and Assistance), overseeing application administration, system integration, governance, and technology optimization across the organization.
The Director will drive system strategy, strengthen cybersecurity and compliance practices, and lead modernization initiatives including cloud technologies, integrations, and enterprise application improvements. Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
