We're seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Global Public Sector team, supporting State and Local Government customers. This role ensures high-value customers who purchase the Signature Success Plan achieve significant return on their investment with the Salesforce platform.
As a CSM, you'll function as an extension of the customer's workforce and a trusted advisor. You'll provide strategic guidance, address technical and business concerns, and align solutions with customer priorities, projects, and organizational challenges.
You'll work with government organizations to maximize their platform investment. This involves understanding their unique public sector requirements, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
