We are seeking a Strategic Partner and Commercial Manager to join our team in Marietta, OH. This direct hire position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, with hybrid or remote opportunities potentially available.
The Strategic Partner and Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing daily quoting activity across the company's full customer base while managing and supporting relationships with select strategic partner firms. This role serves as a central point of commercial coordination, ensuring quote requests are acknowledged, processed, and delivered with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. The position requires a strong customer service mindset, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will oversee intake and processing of all incoming quote requests across the organization, ensuring timely acknowledgment and progression. The role involves collaborating with estimating and engineering teams to validate scope, pricing, and lead times while managing multiple active quotes simultaneously. You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partner engagement, working cross-functionally with estimating, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project management to ensure commercial execution aligns with operational capabilities and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial operations, quote management, or partner relations. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with CRM and quoting systems are essential. Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly valued.
