We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Chef de Projet) to join our team based in Roissy-en-Brie, France. This role involves managing the strategic replacement of our legacy WMS system with REFLEX across all logistics centers.
During the deployment project, you will participate in core model conception, contribute to tool configuration, and lead testing procedures. You will be responsible for writing operational procedures, conducting key user and end-user training, and providing support during hypercare stabilization periods across logistics centers.
Implement deployment kits across all logistics centers and construct performance indicators using Dashboard Reflex and Qlik. Post-deployment, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives for the core model and take on additional Supply Chain projects.
We seek candidates with a Bac+4/5 in management information systems (MIAGE, Engineering School, or dual IT/business Master's). Your confirmed experience in IT project management, data modeling, and process knowledge will be essential. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and client orientation are crucial for success.
