JLL's Transaction Management team is seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Manager to join our team in Spring, TX. Our team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business needs. In this role, you will manage and execute complex land transactions that enable low carbon capital projects across the US for a key client headquartered in Spring, Texas.
The Senior Transaction Manager will be embedded onsite with the existing JLL team and the client's real estate group, reporting to the JLL Global Commercial Manager while also supporting the client's Commercial Portfolio Manager's ever-growing portfolio. This role requires managing professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units with demonstrated experience in driving complex projects to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate acts proactively, thinks strategically in fast-paced environments, and creates strong client trust and confidence.
You will assume key transaction responsibilities, manage client relationships, coordinate complex land acquisitions and dispositions, ensure compliance with all transaction requirements, and drive projects to successful completion. Your strategic thinking and proactive approach will be essential in navigating the complexities of low carbon capital project transactions.
