You will manage diverse stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain partners to deliver compliant projects on schedule. Your role involves analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips, verifying effective project governance systems, and producing formal project status reports. You will monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring approved design standards are correctly applied while managing supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in large-scale construction project management with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business domains. You should demonstrate expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
