The Turner & Townsend Technical Real Estate Advisory Team is looking for an experienced Hard FM and/or M&E Project Manager to join a major commission delivering asset replacement works for a major aviation client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from £25k to £3M, taking them from inception through delivery to handover.
You will take responsibility for a number of diverse projects within the portfolio, covering all aspects of the project lifecycle. You will work in a multi-stakeholder, operational environment often to challenging deadlines, making it a dynamic team effort between Turner & Townsend, our clients, and their operational teams. Your role involves establishing overall success criteria for projects including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.

Candidates should have experience in Hard Facilities Management and/or M&E Project Management.
