Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale, innovative data center construction project with a leading technology client. This role is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from inception through commissioning, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have consultancy and construction field experience with the ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role. This position requires expertise in pre-construction, design, planning, and construction management for complex data center projects.
Work with General Contractor and Architect-Engineer to create and establish Master Project Schedule based on Critical Path and key milestones. Support budget establishment including soft costs and hard costs. Coordinate contract negotiations with Client's PM and legal counsel. Manage Design Team activities and ensure AE meets municipal and AHJ requirements. Coordinate constructability reviews and cost estimates. Lead Value Engineering efforts.
Manage GC and directly contracted vendors working with onsite Construction Management team. Ensure quality control and compliance with required standards. Support client culture for EHS policy adherence. Lead procurement activities and coordinate owner-furnished contractor-installed equipment. Track and report project financials including change order management.
Consultancy and construction field experience required. Strong client-facing communication abilities. Experience with large-scale data center projects. Expertise in schedule management, budget control, and team coordination.
