Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a construction program for our client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining client relationships, stakeholder management, financial reporting, procurement and contracting, and successful program delivery.
You will be responsible for influencing the use of defined processes and procedures by execution teams as part of their delivery approach at each phase of the program. Ensure information management systems are effectively utilized by execution teams throughout all program phases.
Responsible for gathering design requirements from clients, end users, and stakeholders, documenting them in a program-specific brief during the initial definition phase. Validate corporate standardization with respect to design to achieve efficiency and best value across the program.
Identify delivery and execution stakeholders, maintain communication, influence stakeholder involvement, and obtain input as required. Handle day-to-day stakeholder interface, assuring that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client representatives and executive stakeholders. Facilitate regular program governance meetings and steering committee sessions.
Responsible for obtaining all project funding required prior to initiation of capital works, aligned to governance structures. Manage program budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Oversee procurement and contracting strategies for the program, ensuring value for money and compliance with organizational policies. Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships effectively.
