Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Solution Engineer specializing in Manufacturing to join our Japan team. This role combines technical expertise with deep industry knowledge to deliver transformative solutions for manufacturing sector clients.
As a Solution Engineer in our Sales organization, you will earn trust as a business and technical advisor through close communication with manufacturing industry customers. You'll collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, professional services, and partners to propose comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
You will develop solution proposals targeting manufacturing customers, crafting business problem-solving strategies and supporting future-focused business transformation planning. This includes creating and delivering solution demonstrations, developing proposal documents centered on solution design and implementation planning.
Additionally, you'll create sales materials including industry-specific solution maps, specialized demos, and proposal templates based on expertise gained from proposal activities. You'll also support marketing through seminar presentations and demonstration events.
