Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis operations for our India business based in Gurgaon. This strategic role drives end-to-end FP&A processes and provides critical financial insights to support business leadership.
You will own and drive the complete FP&A processes for the India business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Lead the forecast build, consolidation, and analysis, ensuring alignment with inputs from the business and guidance from the Finance Director.
Translate business inputs into structured financial plans and forward-looking insights that drive strategic decision-making. Ensure forecasts are robust, data-driven, and aligned with operational realities across the organization.
Lead monthly financial reporting and performance analysis, covering revenue, margin, utilization, and cost drivers. Provide clear, structured variance analysis comparing Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year performance.
Generate insightful reporting packs and dashboards to support leadership discussions and board presentations. Identify key performance trends, risks, and opportunities, highlighting them proactively to enable timely interventions.
Own pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting models, and data consolidation for the India market. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of pipeline and forecast data across all reporting cycles.
Work closely with business teams to validate assumptions, conversion rates, and revenue outlooks. Strengthen forecasting discipline and governance across the business through standardized processes and best practices.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making led by the Finance Director and business leadership. Support evaluation of business performance and strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
