The Senior Facilities Manager position manages the Port Moresby Australian High Commission precinct inclusive of extensive staff accommodation compounds. This is a key client-facing role responsible for all lines of business and third-party relationships within the region.
You will be based full-time client-side (on-site) in Port Moresby, managing a team of local trades and admin staff while supporting Facilities Managers. This leadership role requires strong management capabilities and cultural sensitivity.
Overall responsibility includes delivery of comprehensive engineering and facility services, project management, site budgets, accounting and finance, contractor management, contract services, maintenance and operations including compliance, and staff management as required by the Master Services Agreement between DFAT and JLL.
You will form part of the broader JLL team, contributing to service excellence for diplomatic facilities. The role involves managing complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery in a challenging environment.
