You will optimize sales processes by proactively identifying delays and inefficiencies within order fulfillment and customer operations. Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support inventory management, business profitability, and timely delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology tools and systems including CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. Complete comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, make informed decisions, and support sales team initiatives. Provide training and documentation support to sales teams while maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices.
