Sales & Channel Marketing Manager
HTC is seeking a Sales & Channel Marketing Manager to drive digital channel growth, support revenue generation, and execute end-to-end commercial initiatives across retail, e-commerce, and partner ecosystems. This role blends channel marketing strategy with hands-on sales enablement and operational execution.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, comfortable optimizing digital storefronts, supporting sales pipelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, place, and operate optimal digital assets by sales channel (Amazon, distributor channels, direct sales)
- Optimize product detail pages including messaging, images/videos, A+ Content, comparison charts, FAQs
- Design visibility and customer journeys including Brand Store and campaign linkage
- Run continuous PDCA cycle with performance review and ongoing improvements
- Sync with retail/channel partners on promotional themes and execution
- Localize global marketing strategy and messages for Japan market
