As a Senior Analyst, you will document policies, procedures, and subsequent workflows for issue resolution while extracting historical data for risk assessment, trending, and forecasting analysis. You will manage quality and productivity metrics for internal and vendor assessment, serving as a liaison between revenue cycle operations, IT, finance, and various Northwestern Medicine departments. Your role involves determining opportunities for process and metric improvement through workflow optimization, automation, or increased efficiency. You will implement strategic changes to revenue cycle systems and operational workflows to drive metric-driven change across the health network. The position requires analyzing enterprise-wide data and providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations to the executive team. You will independently lead revenue cycle change initiatives, overseeing project management, stakeholder communication, and implementation of automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to streamline operations and enhance financial performance.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations or healthcare finance. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and experience with RPA implementation are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
