About the Position
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project/Procurement Manager based in Mumbai to manage warehouse fitout works across multiple packages from Design Coordination through to Testing, Commissioning and Handover.
Scope of Work
The role covers the following packages:
- Racking systems
- Fire Protection & Detection as per UL & FM guidelines
- Mechanical & Electrical Works
- Office fitout from 1K to 10K Sqft area
- Material Handling Equipments
- CCTV & Access Control
- Solar Power systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage design coordination, tendering, site execution, billing and handover processes
- Lead procurement management across all packages
- Administer contracts and manage stakeholder relationships
- Oversee risk management activities
- Manage budgeting and cost control
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage stakeholder interfaces
- Demonstrate leadership and team management capabilities
