NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, Workflow Automation to join our Advanced Products and Activation team. AP&S is responsible for product development and project management of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite, serving both internal and external customers in support of NBCU's $7B+ annual advertising business.
This role sits at the intersection of business process, automation, and AI, with a mandate to simplify and streamline how our internal teams and external partners transact within and with our company. You will work across all business groups to organize, shape, and evangelize automation work including AI taking place across the product organization. Your goal is to identify duplication and synergies while creating space for collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative product manager passionate about media and automation, bringing strong product execution skills, stakeholder communication abilities, technical fluency, and willingness to take ownership. You will become a deep expert in NBCU's Ad Sales landscape and processes, understanding the complexities of sales support, campaign execution, delivery, and billing.
Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining and enforcing best practices in requirements capture and story management, and measuring quality through testing and feedback. You will partner closely with software development, QA, Support, and Client groups to drive successful implementation of key features while maintaining high quality standards.
