As a Product Manager , you will act as the primary liaison between partners and the development team, guiding the product development process from vision to execution. You will be a trusted business advisor with a 360-degree view of the business, building deep partner connections and maintaining a strong bias for action. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Backlog Investment & Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on functional gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be), strategic goals, business feedback, and prioritization frameworks like RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Estimation), ensuring it is always transparent, visible, and understood. Collaborate with the team to define user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. User Story Crafting: Lead the translation of high-level business requirements into detailed, INVEST-compliant user stories and epics, including acceptance criteria. Functional Specifications: Author functional design specification documents to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
