Start here. Grow here. AECOM is currently recruiting for a PMO Project Manager to join our Dublin office for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to global programme management initiatives within a leading professional services organization.
The skillset required includes proficiency in Smartsheet, including the use of managing workflows and automations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, supporting the development and implementation of global standards, templates, and best practices for programme delivery across the organization.
You'll coordinate and maintain programme documentation, reporting, and archiving while assisting in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools across teams. The role includes facilitating accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting for portfolio status, risks, and milestones to ensure leadership has visibility into programme performance.
You'll gather and analyze lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while providing onboarding and training support for external project management teams. Acting as a central point of contact for programme-related queries, you'll support collaboration and communication across the organization.
The role also includes helping manage programme management tools such as Smartsheet and SharePoint, troubleshooting access or data issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll support the development, structuring, and ongoing improvement of workplace design guidelines, ensuring they're integrated into SharePoint and accessible to global teams.
