About the Role
This is a Fixed Term Contract role (initially 2 years with possibility of extension) for a Platform Development Manager at HP. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end platform development, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project leadership for end-to-end platform development from concept through production
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Drive innovation and quality assurance for ground-up hardware development efforts
- Implement agile development practices and drive schedule acceleration initiatives
- Lead cost optimization opportunities at system, module, and commodity levels
- Own SVTP (System Validation Test Plan) documentation and refine test criteria
- Act as primary liaison with internal and external partners for goals and milestones
- Anticipate development challenges and lead risk mitigation strategies
