Performance Improvement Associate

About the Role

Stanford Medicine Children's Health is seeking a Performance Improvement Associate to support the implementation of effective, efficient, and continuously improved programs, projects, and processes within the hospital. This role is responsible for helping achieve excellence in these areas to create measurable, sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of performance improvement initiatives across the hospital
• Help achieve excellence in programs, projects, and processes
• Create measurable, sustainable change through improvement methodology
• Work under the guidance of Performance Improvement Specialists, Advisors, and Director on assignments
• Improve processes at all levels of the organization
• Develop the capability of staff to apply improvement methodology
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
