This role will take responsibility for providing comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering support and technical consultation to JLL's facilities management clients across Taiwan. As a trusted technical advisor, you will ensure optimal building systems performance, compliance with local regulations, and delivery of exceptional facility management services. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic guidance on MEP systems optimization, preventive maintenance programs, and energy efficiency initiatives. This position requires strong technical expertise in building systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex MEP issues, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring all building systems operate at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities engineering, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
