Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MEP Construction Manager to oversee and direct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects in Mexico City. This professional coordinates MEP systems installation and ensures integration with overall construction plans.
You will review project designs and specifications, schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and manage subcontractors and staff. The role ensures compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards while maximizing value, mitigating risks, and maintaining the client's reputation.
The ideal candidate has minimum 8 years' experience in construction management with strong focus on MEP systems. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, with PE licensure highly desirable. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
