Join PwC's Internal Firm Services as a Manager focused on Onboarding for AC KL (Asia Pacific Kuala Lumpur). This role provides an opportunity to make a difference by helping leverage the skills and talents of all our people while driving the Firm's people strategy.
As part of the Employee Experience team, you will focus on the onboarding experience of AC KL employees, including pre and post onboarding activities. You'll work closely with the AC KL People Team and the xAC Onboarding team to drive and influence the overall onboarding experience. Your portfolio includes managing AC KL people-related policies and working with SMEs to update these policies timely.
Oversee the overall onboarding experience including pre and post onboarding. Manage and oversee the Squad and Buddy programme including reporting feedback on effectiveness to leadership. Report and oversee new joiner survey results and key action plans. Carve and update AC KL people-related policies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
