Visa is seeking a Manager, Account Executive to join our Korea Client Relationship Management team. This key position is dedicated to managing Financial Institutions (FIs) and delivering excellence in client partnership programs. The role reports into Alex Han, Korea Sales.
This position is part of the Korea Client Relationship Management team dedicated to managing Financial Institutions. The Account Executive is responsible for excellence in delivering the program of work associated with the FI deep partnership contract/program. The role requires strong commercial, relationship, technology and project management expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of payments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, VCA, Marketing, and CS teams within Visa, as well as with all key stakeholders at FIs. Responsible for managing key clients with discipline of Visa Korea client coverage model, you will develop and execute client account plans with strategic focus.
Achieve Visa objectives defined through AE Scorecard with specific client gross revenue, net revenue, market share, and payment volume targets. You will lead development and execution of client deals, opportunities, and business activities collaborating with cross-functional teams. Present and commercialize new Visa services, products, and digital solutions to clients while delivering projects that ensure client success.
Solid knowledge of payments industry is essential. Strong commercial, relationship management, and project management expertise required. Technology understanding and ability to work with cross-functional teams is crucial.
