REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required Significant Should Cost cleansheet experience At least 8 years in Experience with automated Should Cost tools and working directly with suppliers and commodity managers to drive cost improvements SKILLS: Design and analyze cost-saving and working capital projects Understanding of supply chain and finance principles to enable cost saving projects Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across multiple areas and management levels
