We are looking for a strategic and high-impact Squad Leader to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional value and fostering deep-rooted client partnerships.
In this role, you will champion a culture of autonomy and high performance while maintaining a broad, macroscopic view of the operation to identify expansion opportunities and drive sustainable organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the squad, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment. Define clear goals and track the squad’s progress toward established objectives through indicators, whether operational (quality, speed, etc.) or product-related, also managing risks. Ensure the execution of rituals, definition of requirements, and prioritization of activities, validating them with the Product Owner (PO). Facilitate effective communication among squad members, removing obstacles and promoting knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and technical support to the squad, assisting in solution development and overcoming challenges. Promote a safe environment and squad autonomy, encouraging knowledge sharing, decision-making, and shared responsibility. Manage the squad’s backlog, prioritizing activities and ensuring value delivery to the client aligned with the roadmap. Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders, both internal and client-side, to align expectations and ensure squad integration. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the squad’s workflow, implementing changes and adopting best practices. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to squad members, supporting their professional growth and development. Stay up to date with trends and best practices related to leadership and squad management. Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at an enterprise scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that encourage effective use of AI across all areas of the company, improving performance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Performance & Talent Development: Experience managing performance cycles, providing feedback, and career mapping for technical roles. Strategic Metrics: Proficiency in tracking OKRs and KPIs (Velocity, Cycle Time, Product Health) to drive data-driven decisions. Backlog & Roadmap Mastery: Skilled in prioritization (MoSCoW, RICE) to align technical delivery with client business value. Stakeholder Partnership: Exceptional ability to negotiate expectations and build trust-based relationships with C-level clients. Agile Expertise: Deep mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks to facilitate high-impact rituals and remove blockers. Technical & Risk Savvy: Ability to support architectural challenges and proactively mitigate project risks without micromanaging. AI Integration: Knowledge of enterprise AI (LLMs, automation) to optimize the SDLC and operational efficiency. Change Management: Experience fostering an organizational culture that embraces AI-driven workflows and continuous innovation.
