The JavaScript Online Survey Programmer serves as a core delivery partner within NielsenIQ's survey operations ecosystem, bridging research design, commercial requirements, and technical execution. You will own the programming and quality assurance of consumer panel surveys, ensuring all solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and enterprise standards across multiple countries and languages.
You will program and configure online surveys using enterprise survey platforms and JavaScript scripting languages. This includes translating research designs and specifications into executable survey logic, quotas, and validation rules. You'll support multi-country, multi-language, and multi-device survey deployments at scale, ensuring consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
You will conduct comprehensive QA testing to ensure accuracy, logic integrity, and usability prior to survey launch. This involves validating data outputs to ensure surveys meet internal and commercial specifications, and identifying and resolving survey issues throughout the data collection lifecycle. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining data quality standards.
You will manage assigned survey workloads to ensure timelines and delivery commitments are met while supporting concurrent projects across multiple clients, panels, and methodologies. You'll partner with fielding, data processing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and handoff throughout the survey lifecycle.
You will act as a key connection point between commercial teams, consultants, survey operations, and data acquisition partners. This includes supporting clarification of requirements, timelines, and tradeoffs during survey execution to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.
The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript programming skills, experience with survey platforms, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced survey operations environment.
