Minimum Requirements
Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Internship or academic exposure to HR, business, or administrative work Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HR concepts or coursework in HR Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
