Reporting to the HR Director, ANZ, we have a vacancy for an HR Generalist to join the NBCU HR team based in Sydney. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across our ANZ businesses including local implementation of our people strategy and coordination of our HR administration needs.
You will have exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee relations, HR systems (including payroll), reward, training and development, change management, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration and systems who wants to build on their existing HR knowledge.
You will take an active role in employee survey processes and outcomes, whether internal (NBCU staff surveys, pulse surveys, round tables) or external (Great Place to Work, etc.). The role includes talent management and onboarding responsibilities, being an ambassador to the NBCUniversal brand, and proactively creating brand awareness at networking and career events.
You will support delivery of the localized Internship program in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Lead, deliver onboarding aligned to our 'Here You Can' employee value proposition, and manage compensation and benefits including informing and maintaining employee benefits programs.
