PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Concept Development: Plan and develop concepts by studying relevant information, consumer journeys, and target audiences. Visual Execution: Illustrate conceptual ideas into quality artwork for marketing merchandise, print materials, POSM, displays, and digital media. Brand Governance: Act as a brand steward by ensuring all designs align with the "Building Trust" standards and corporate identity. Output Optimization: Review and refine final artwork, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and overall, before submitting for approval. AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to generate visuals and brainstorm concepts to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. TECHNICAL STACK & SKILLS Design Foundations: Mastery of Grid Systems, Visual/Text Hierarchy, Composition. Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert in Photoshop (Key Visuals/Retouching), Illustrator (Logo/Packaging/POSM), and InDesign (Catalogs/Brochures). Multimedia Production: Proficiency in Premiere Pro for video editing and After Effects for Motion Graphics/Video Ads will be advantageous. Advanced Tools: Knowledge of 3D Modeling and Sketchup/3D Max for spatial and product visualization. Other AI design tools will be preferrable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery in branding and multimedia design. Soft Skills: Good communication skills, effective time management, and a growth mindset capable of receiving constructive guidance.
