The Facilities Manager - Technical position is responsible for technical and facility contractual quality assurance on behalf of an investment banking client. This role ensures multiple corporate real estate buildings are compliant with country, regional, and global compliance and technical standards. The position influences design, commissioning, operations, and capacity management of a building portfolio.
You will own planned, predictive, and corrective works, ensuring all maintenance activities meet the highest standards. As a major works owner, you will manage power down planning, execution, and new/refurbishment project management, coordinating complex technical operations with minimal business disruption.
The role requires administering quality assurance and monitoring outsourced critical works vendors to ensure equipment is maintained at high standards. You will review maintenance and service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer recommendations, established processes, tools, and documentation.
Contract management of critical equipment contracts is a core responsibility, ensuring all vendors perform to agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will influence design decisions, commissioning processes, and capacity management strategies to optimize building performance and efficiency.
